They don’t have to worry about the hassle in physically securing these requirements anymore, as they can conveniently request PSA-authenticated civil registry documents such as birth, marriage, death certificates, and CENOMAR through Pilipinas Teleserv. They don’t need to commute or wait in long lines to get the needed papers, minimizing the legwork they need to do.


Homebuyers can start the E-Certificate process by going to the dedicated PSAHelpline.ph microsite integrated into Empire East’s website. They can send their document requests, which Teleserv will prioritize and send to the PSA for processing. Once done, it will then send the authenticated E-Cert to Empire East, minimizing paperwork and expediting document verification.


Pilipinas Teleserv’s E-Certificate system is a game changer for homebuyers, streamlining and speeding up the document acquisition process. Through this dedicated mini-site, homebuyers don’t have to visit separate government offices or PSA outlets to get their needed documents while also saving time and effort.
