Empire East to transform a strategically located 24-hectare property in Pasig-Cainta into an integrated luxurious township called Empire East Highland City.

With a quarter of a century of expertise in building unparalleled residential communities across the Philippines, Empire East Land Holdings, Inc. is set to unveil its largest and grandest master-planned township project on the eastern side of Metro Manila: Empire East Highland City.

Envisioned to be the first elevated city in the Philippines, Empire East Highland City is a luxurious 24-hectare uphill community that will comprise 37 elegantly designed high-rise residential towers masterfully integrated with a world-class 58,000-square meter lifestyle mall, sophisticated retail arcades, mixed-use and smart-designed towers, a church that has a 500-seating capacity, an expansive 8,000-square meter green park, pockets of open and green spaces, 4-lane and 6-lane roads, and an exclusive 6,700-square meter five-star sports club.

Strategic location

This township development project, strategically located at the convergence of Pasig City and Cainta in Rizal, is expected to raise the standard of sophisticated urban living on the eastern part of the metro. Empire East Highland City will rise along one of Pasig-Cainta’s major thoroughfares: Felix Avenue.

Formerly known as Imelda Avenue, Felix Avenue is equidistant to two other major thoroughfares in the metropolis: Marcos Highway in the north and Ortigas Avenue Extension in the south. These roads are expected to connect the integrated luxury township to the rest of Metro Manila, making Empire East Highland City one of the most strategically located master-planned communities in the country. Empire East Highland City is accessible not just to other parts of Metro Manila but to several provinces that make up the CALABARZON growth corridor, which comprises the provinces of Cavite, Laguna, Batangas, Rizal, and Quezon. Because Pasig and Cainta border the cities of Antipolo, Marikina, and Taytay, this zone is at the crux of a major urban transformation whose property landscape is fast evolving into one of the most cosmopolitan in the country.

Convenience and accessibility

With the presence of major thoroughfares that link Pasig and Cainta to Metro Manila and other parts of the CALABARZON area, an array of mass transportation system is always within easy reach from Empire East Highland City.  Near the intersection of Felix Avenue and Marcos Highway is the upcoming Emerald Avenue Station of the LRT Line 2 East Extension, which is scheduled to operate in the last quarter of this year. This area will be Empire East Highland City’s quick and easy access to several lifestyle hubs in Quezon City, as well as some of the country’s premier academic institutions situated along Katipunan Avenue – the University of the Philippines, Ateneo de Manila University, and Miriam College. Accessibility to other world-class educational institutions in the so-called university belt area in Manila is also convenient via the LRT Line 2 transport system.

On the other end of Felix Avenue is Ortigas Avenue Extension, where the intersection famously known as the “Junction” is considered as the gateway of Rizal province to the metropolis. Different public transportation options abound on the westbound side of Ortigas Avenue, making it easier and more convenient for future Empire East Highland City residents to travel to the Ortigas Central Business District, Eastwood Cyber Park, Bonifacio Global City, and Makati City. By 2025, several stations of the Mega Manila Subway in the Ortigas area will also be efficiently accessible from Empire East Highland City.

Empire East’s integrated luxury township project in Pasig-Cainta stands to benefit from the continued growth of businesses and infrastructure projects not just in the greater Metro Manila area but in the entire National Capital Region. This is expected to make Empire East Highland City one of the most coveted addresses for aspiring homeowners.

Luxury like no other

At Empire East Highland City, residents are greeted to a grand welcome in this luxurious uphill communitywhen they enter the expansive 8,000-square meter open greenery dubbed as Highland Park, which is elevated up to six meters from Felix Avenue. This is also where several retail shops, a church, and pocket gardens are expected to rise so that residents and visitors can either take a leisurely stroll or simply sit and relax. Grand Spanish steps in the middle of the park will accentuate an elegant stairway that heads upward to the township’s lifestyle mall.

The mall’s unique architectural design is expected to complement Empire East Highland City’s sloped landscape, allowing residents to conveniently walk from various residential condominium towers all the way to the sophisticated shopping hub itself so they can enjoy an array of recreational activities and amenities – whether it’s dining at sumptuous restaurants, shopping splurges, or watching the latest movies at the state-of-the-art cinemas.

The 37 elegantly designed high-rise residential towers on the elevated portion of the property will be built on stilts and are expected to evoke grandiose and further height from the ground and road levels, truly making it an elevated city. These Empire East Highland City towers will provide a dramatic backdrop and reshape the skyline on the eastern side of Metro Manila.

An elite recreational zone

Smack in the middle of the cluster of residential towers is the sports club dubbed as The Chartered Club, which will boast of world-class amenities and sports facilities such as swimming pools, a multi-purpose court, a game room, event halls, a café, and a lounge. Only Empire East Highland City residents can avail of exclusive membership to The Chartered Club.

Six-lane roads will be built on Empire East Highland City’s commercial zones while the residential areas will have four-lane streets. Spacious sidewalks are at least 2 meters wide, paralleled with 1.5-meter-wide planters. Tower to tower distance will be up to 20 meters, ensuring ample open space. Forty percent of the entire integrated master-planned township will be allotted for open spaces and greenery.

Breathtaking views of the metro skyline and the Sierra Madre

Tower 1 of the first residential cluster of Highland Residences is now open for pre-development selling. Homebuyers can choose from stylish executive studios, space-efficient one-bedroom suites, and spacious two-bedroom suites—offering future residents breathtaking views of Metro Manila’s skyline, and the hills of Antipolo and Sierra Madre.

If living a life of luxury and convenience is what you are after, there is no doubt that Empire East Highland City is the home for you.
