MANDALUYONG CITY -- California Garden Square homeowners once again attest that everything is possible with unity and a community in action as they raise PPE donations for the frontliners of the National Center for Mental Health (NCMH) in Mandaluyong City.

The CGS residents gave eleven sets of 3-in-1 high quality personal protective equipment as part of the community's aim to help fight COVID-19. They extend their gratitude to the frontliners who are most at risk during this time of health crisis by accumulating PPE donations for NCMH's medical staff.

The CGS residents pulled funds from their own pockets to raise the PPEs needed, which they also shared in a Facebook post. The same post was concluded with the #ProudCGSResident and #SolidarityInOneCommunity hashtags to express their pride and joy in being part of a united community that takes action for their goal to help their neighbors.

Amid the threats of this health crisis, Empire East communities have come to look out for one another to help other people save more lives. It strengthens the mindset that it is only through unity and corresponding actions that we could overcome this challenge.
