This business-to-consumer (B2C) initiative is available to all the residents of participating developments like San Lorenzo Place in Makati City, The Rochester and Kasara Urban Resort Residences in Pasig City, Little Baguio Terraces in San Juan City, and even The Sonoma in Santa Rosa City Laguna. In addition, products and services from various categories, such as beauty, health, travel, pet needs, and lifestyle, are posted and updated on this website regularly.

Albeit its simplicity, this portal provides functional and mutual benefits to both sellers and buyers within the property by acting like an online bulletin board that posts verified products and services provided by the homeowners themselves. The PMO gathers these posters and endorses the link to confirmed residents looking for friendly neighbors who can help them find their needs like insurance products, medicine, and home improvement items.
"We first came up with this idea when a lot of our homeowners reported loss of jobs and sources of income during the first wave of the pandemic last year. As a result, many of our dwellers have resorted to online selling but did not know how to reach the maximum number of homeowners in the neighborhood," says PMO Head Fernando Sawali.
As the Delta virus continues to rage in Metro Manila, more small-to-medium business owners endure disruptions on their income sources through lower product reach and incessant restrictions. Empire East has always been proactive in attending to the prevailing sentiments of each community.
"Empire East strives to protect the health and safety of all its stakeholders amid the pandemic. Through our 'Community in Action' series, we aim to conduct more timely projects that add value to the lives of families staying and working from home," says Empire East President and CEO Atty. Anthony Charlemagne C. Yu.
