Empire East takes home-touring to new heights by launching its 3D iOs app and mobile walkthrough

Riding with the times' trend, Empire East has successfully launched its interactive home tour app for its newest project, Empire East Highland City.

On October 30th, the Empire East sales team gathered on a virtual event titled 'PROJECT ELEVATE: The Empire East Highland City Mobile Home tour and App Launch.' This event aimed to provide the agents, our frontliners, with the right tool to move forward and adapt to the new normal. 

 

Aside from a quick rundown of the features, a demo and sample presentation gave the sales agents the right push to efficiently completing their selling tasks.

 

The two-hour Zoom event was broadcasted live via Facebook Group to accommodate more viewers and encourage rapport and interaction, albeit the face-to-pc format.

 

Empire East Highland City's mobile home tour is set to revolutionize the traditional home buying experience with its 3D features, digital home tour options, stellar animation, fantastic bird's eye view, outstanding and immersive walkthroughs, and bite-sized project information packed in a portable digital application.

 

Empire East's idea to launch such a selling tool sprung from the need to provide both agents and clients with an alternative way to view and tour the property without leaving the comforts of their home.

 

"We consider our sales agents part of our frontliners today. Although they were used to traditional selling, we noticed that their hard work and dedication never cease no matter the season's challenges. So we hope that this immersive mobile app can encourage them to rise higher above every inevitable change that may come their way," says President and CEO Atty. Anthony Charlemagne C. Yu.

 

Since the government announced its measures to help curb the virus's spread, it has affected and limited how most salespeople interact and deal with their clients. 

 

"Through this mobile app, it was easy for me to establish a connection with my client. The superb visuals and jampacked information made selling a whole lot easier, thanks to this new tool," says sales agent Maryl Mateo.

 

Empire East continues to respond sustainably to a changing future.
