Metro Manila--- There ain't no mountain high enough for Empire East's first-ever cycling group composed of biking enthusiasts as they plot their next ride to various locations in and beyond the metro, beginning from nearby Rizal and Tagaytay.
In the team's recent meeting, elected Space Moderators John Marquez from the General Administrative Services Department (GAS) and Norman Lisondra from the Credit & Collection Department (C&C) assured every member of a delightful time in upcoming activities that will campaign for safety amid enjoyment as travel regulations remain in place due to the pandemic.
All members also agreed to equally promote a leisurely biking experience and a healthy habit of mind-and-body exercise that can help alleviate stress and prepare employees to better focus on their next big tasks.
The team has unanimously chosen the name "D' PadJakerS' to add another layer of fun and candidness to the already exciting sport. As of this writing, these members' chosen Digital Space via Facebook Messenger is already filled with essential discussions on bike types, recommendations, and scenic photos.
D' PadJakerS forms one of the company's arrays of Social Spaces - an employee engagement program that aims to establish meaningful connections through shared interests and hobbies.
"We want our employees to continue seeking support groups for their interests to help them manage their social life and take care of their mental health amid the changing times," says Empire East President and CEO, Atty. Anthony Charlemagne C. Yu.
