What Makes Empire East Highland City a Sustainable Development?

Empire East Highland City is indeed committed to a sustainable path, given the ever-changing demands of homebuyers for a safe, secure, and self-sustaining community.

High-quality cooling systems shall also be considered in every phase to improve ventilation and reduce energy loss. Installing energy-efficient fixtures will also be implemented, such as LED lights and sensors. The building's designs that incorporate huge windows also help in the adequate air ventilation of each unit and allows for ample light to come inside. Thus, preventing excessive use of energy.

 

2. RENEWABLE ENERGY USE

Empire East is in the talks with Renewable Energy suppliers to help plan out renewable energy use, such as solar panels in its construction and operations. Empire East is also currently aiming to develop an app to help track and manage the carbon footprint of Empire East Highland City.

 

3. WATER EFFICIENCY

Empire East Highland City's four phases shall be expertly constructed to provide the right amount of light, amazing views, and excellent indoor air quality. Trees and landscaped gardens are common in pocket areas. Not to mention the 8,000-square-meter Highland Park that shall also provide the fresh, clean air that every resident will need. The building's designs with huge windows and amazing views of the verdant hills in Antipolo City also makes the quality of living superior.

 

The private sports facility The Chartered Club shall also be complete with world-class fitness and sports facilities for the residents' physical and mental well-being.
