Stockholders will receive an ASM Electronic Invite via email for the 2026 Empire East Annual Stockholders’ Meeting through Zoom.

1. Open the Zoom confirmation email containing your unique access link.
2. Click the access link provided.
3. Follow the prompts to join the webinar.

Important Notes: Incomplete or inconsistent information may result in an unsuccessful event registration. As a result, the stockholder concerned will not be allowed to participate in the virtual ASM. Please ensure the complete submission of the documents provided above.
