2026 ANNUAL
STOCKHOLDERS'
MEETING

HOW TO REGISTER

  1. PRE-REGISTRATION

    As indicated in the Notice, Stockholders are requested to pre-register by sending the following requirements to corporatesecretary@empire-east.com. Stockholders may register from 9:00 AM of 19 May 2026 until 5:00 PM of 29 May 2026.


  2. Individual Stockholders

  4. a. A scanned copy of stock certificate issued in the name of the individual stockholder;
  5. b. A valid and active e-mail address and contact number;
  6. c. A scanned copy of valid government-issued identification card; and
  7. d. Recent photo of the stockholder.

  8. For Stockholders with Joint Accounts

  9.  
  10. a. Authorization letter signed by all stockholders indicating the name of the person authorized to cast the votes;
  11. b. A scanned copy of stock certificate issued in the name of the joint stockholders;
  12. c. A valid and active e-mail address and contact number;
  13. d. A scanned copy of valid government-issued identification card of the authorized stockholder; and
  14. e. Recent photo of the authorized stockholder.

  15. For Stockholders under PCD Participant/Brokers account or “Scripless Shares”

  17. a. Stockholders should coordinate with their broker and request for the full account name and reference number or account number they provided the Company;
  18. b. Broker’s certification on the Stockholder’s number of shareholdings;
  19. c. A valid and active e-mail address and contact number;
  20. d. A scanned copy of valid government-issued identification card of the stockholder; and
  21. e. Recent photo of the stockholder.

  22. For Corporate Stockholders

  24. a. Secretary’s Certificate attesting to the authority of the representative to vote the shares on behalf of the corporate stockholder;
  25. b. A scanned copy of stock certificate issued in the name of the corporate stockholders;
  26. c. A valid and active e-mail address and contact number of the authorized representative;
  27. d. A scanned copy of valid government-issued identification card of the authorized representative; and
  28. e. Recent photo of the stockholder.

  30. Important Notes: Incomplete or inconsistent information may result in an unsuccessful event registration. As a result, the stockholder concernd will not be allowed to participate in the virtual ASM. Please ensure the complete submission of the documents provided above.



    Data Privacy Notice: In line with the requirements set out by the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (R.A. 10173), we keep the information you share with us as safe as possible. Stockholder’s data collected, stored, processed and sent to the Corporate Secretary email at corporatesecretary@empire-east.com for the 2026 Annual Stockholders’ Meeting will be used exclusively for the purposes of registration and to enable the stockholder concerned to participate at the meeting and register his/her/its votes. Stockholder’s registration information will be stored in accordance with the statutory retention periods. Empire East fully respects your right to privacy.
